![]() ![]() There are many real world builds that fans recreate in Minecraft, from the White House to the UK's Houses of Parliament. It certainly has a distinctive look, with its circular build and the aforementioned tower. The fact that it forms a significant portion of The Elder Scrolls 4's main questline, as well as being a key trade hub, suggests that it's something that is often at the forefront of minds when fans think about the 2004 Bethesda RPG. This is also not the first time a project like this has occurred and, not that along ago, another user also decided to build Oblivion's Imperial City within Minecraft. More images are available on the Reddit thread here. It remains to be seen how much SuperStellarSwing has left to build, but it seems to be coming along nicely so far. It's easily the biggest city in the game, containing all manner of shops and taverns, as well as the Arena, Temple District, and the affluent Talos Plaza District. ![]() The White-Gold tower that acts almost as a centerpiece is just one of the striking visuals that this area contains. The Imperial City is one of Oblivion's most breathtaking sights, especially the Waterfront. It's not surprising that someone would want to create a facsimile of this famous gaming locale. Reddit user SuperStellarSwing has decided that Minecraft needed a dose of The Elder Scrolls. Indeed, Minecraft is literally one of the biggest video games in terms of map size, though it pales in comparison to the likes of No Man's Sky, and millions still use it to create all manner of constructions, including some from other franchises. That may sound obvious today, but there was a time when it was just a more basic indie title, although many perhaps suspected it would go on to become much bigger. ![]() When Mojang first launched Minecraftall those years ago, it became a global phenomenon and has stayed at the top for the last decade or so. ![]()
